Chorizo with Vegetables
1 lb Brussel Sprouts sliced
4 small green pepper cut in julienne strips
1/2 Spanish onion sliced thin
1 small squash cut in julienne Strips
1 Pack 8 oz mushroom small whole
12-15 grape tomatoes whole
1 lb chorizo sliced thin cooked
Olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder , oregano for your taste buds.
Pre heat oven at 400 degrees
Put all vegetables on a cookie sheet and mix together, add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano and mix well. Put in oven at 400 degrees for 30 min. After first 15 mins, mix ingredients on the cookie sheet and put back in the oven for another 15 mins.
Cook your chorizo on top of stove in a large frying pan until Brown on both sides. Once the vegetable are cooked add to chorizo. Mix well and enjoy.
